ANALYST

Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our call center associates who deal with our existing and potential customers. The QA will mainly in a data entry role in their first 30 days. This individual will assist in developing, creating and implementing call center quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training materials as needed. Filing recordings for client and ISA access. In direct communication with the Leadership team on findings. Takes part in Client to ISA listening sessions to identify customer needs and expectations.   Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers. Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for leadership review. Other data entry duties to be determined.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command in English. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;  
  • Sales background is a plus
  • Real estate experience is a plus but not required
  • Must have data entry experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Example: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…
  • Great leadership skills and time management   
  • Must be able to effectively deal with people in a positive role  
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment;  
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
  • Bi-lingual a plus

Requirements

  • A reliable, wired internet connection with 10mbps or higher
  • Computer Processor with 1.8Ghz or higher
  • USB noise cancelling controlled headset
  • Quiet workspace
  • With at least 6 months work from home experience preferred but not required
