JOB DESCRIPTION:

Data entry revolves around inputting item base on clients’ needs. Attention to details is 100% important. Maintaining client database by entering new update customer and account information. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies. Resolves deficiencies. Use of standard procedures and reporting any deficiencies to the Duty Team Leader. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and shorting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Reliable, wired internet connection with 10mbps or higher
  • Screenshot of your speed test and computer specs
  • Computer Processor with 1.8Ghz or Higher
  • USB noise cancelling controlled headset
  • Quit workspace
  • With at least 6 months work from home experience to detail

DATA ENTRY CLERK QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Good communication skills
  • Min 60 WPM
  • Organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer savvy
  • Confidentiality – Understand non disclosure agreement and agrees to secure sensitive information
  • Thoroughness
  • Can establish entry priority
  • Experience in Purging flies to eliminate duplication of data.
