We’re growing and we’re looking for experienced Inside Sales Representatives!

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Inside Sales Representative. Reporting to the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for growing our sales volume by providing exceptional customer service in Business to Consumer Environment. The right candidate will have previous sales experience combined with an aptitude for exceptional customer service. You will be comfortable with sales targets and implementing our sales techniques in an hourly plus bonuses based environment. Cable, Internet and/or telephone sales experience is considered an asset but we’re willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete sales transactions in a B2C

  • Be an advocate for the customer to help them make informed buying decisions

  • Provide accurate product information to customers

  • Set up installs through the web based CRM

  • Keep impeccable customer information on file using our CRM system

  • Meet and exceed daily & monthly sales goals

  • Attend regular online team meetings through webinar (30 min paid)

  • Opportunity to travel to the USA after 4 years service with our company (All expenses paid trip)

  • Min 1 year of previous sales experience (Phone/Internet/Cable Sales an asset but not mandatory)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out both written and verbal instructions

  • Multitasking skills

  • Strive to achieve a minimum of 100% sales revenue quota Month over Month

  • Ability to dial sufficient amount of customers to generate quality sales

  • Ensure all appointments have followed the criteria and are converted at a high percentage

  • Input data into CRM for potential follow-up

  • High energy self-motivated leader eager to jump on the phones

Requirements:

  • Excellent Command of English (Spanish an asset and premium provided)

  • Naturally driven with a hunger to grow within the company

  • Understands the importance of persistence and consistent communication

  • 1 Years of Inside Sales experience

  • A reliable, wired internet connection with 10mbps or higher

  • Screenshot of your Speedtest and Computer specs

  • Computer Processor with 1.8Ghz or higher

  • USB noise cancelling controlled headset

  • Quiet workspace

  • With at least 6 months work from home experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicates with customers in person to sell new/upgrade cable products and services.

  • Utilizes sales offers and techniques to ensure long-term retention of customers and services.

  • Completes orders for cable, internet and/or phone service through order entry systems via phone.

  • Delivers superior customer service and sales support to potential customers and employees.

  • Accurately completes all work orders and paperwork associated with each job function through our web based system

  • Will be required to work Saturday’s (Canada/USA Time)

  • Work with sales team to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Related Qualification Standards

  • Excellent sales, persuasion, and communication skills and abilities.

  • Possess basic typing skills. Data entry experience and PC knowledge required (must demonstrate competency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows).

  • Maintain regular attendance and be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Must be able to work at multiple locations as needed.

  • Able to interact with coworkers in a positive manner, follow directions and work rules, and accept constructive feedback.

  • Experience working with the public utilizing excellent customer service skills to maintain positive company image through the phone call

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Good follow through with customers via phone and email interactions.

  • Able to learn computerized ordering system, database management tools, and use the Internet for sending/receiving email correspondence.

  • Continuously learn and retain knowledge of new services and promotions being offered by the company.

Ability to learn, articulate and execute sales/marketing/selling techniques.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience:

Experience in sales, retail industry, telecommunications industry, or equivalent preferred.

Language Skills:

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish is an Asset. This includes the ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously in an informative and persuasive manner. Must be able to successfully handle and diffuse difficult/angry customers.
